§ 2-181. Creation; composition; membership; terms.

There is hereby created Farmers Branch Manske Library Board consisting of 11 members appointed by the city council. Each member shall be a resident citizen and a qualified voter of the city. Six members of the board shall be appointed to serve terms of two term years commencing in even numbered years, and five members of the board shall be appointed to serve terms of two term years commencing in odd numbered years.
