§ 2-236. Creation; composition; membership.

There is hereby created the planning and zoning commission consisting of eight members appointed by the city council. Each member of the commission shall be a resident citizen and a qualified voter of the city. Members of the planning and zoning commission shall be appointed to serve terms of three term years, said terms to be staggered so that no more than three members are appointed to full three-year terms each year.
