§ 2-240. Organization.

The planning and zoning commission shall:

(1)

Organize and select its officers.

(2)

Hold regular meetings at least once in each month, designating the time and place of such meetings.

(3)

Adopt its own rules of procedure for the conduct of its business.

(4)

Keep accurate minutes of its meetings, which shall be recorded with the city secretary and shall become a part of the permanent city records.

(5)

Submit monthly and/or annual reports to the city council, and such other reports as may be requested from time to time.
