§ 2-347. Cost of copies and charges for access; compliance with Texas Public Information Act.

(a)

The City of Farmers Branch shall be in compliance with the Texas Public Information Act and the Texas Building and Procurement Commission to provide access to and copy charges for all city records.

(b)

The charge for copies of city records shall be in accordance with Exhibit "A", [attached to Ordinance No. 2793 and adopted by reference herein as if set out in its entirety], from the Texas Building and Procurement Commission and shall be updated should these charges be changed by the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.

(c)

No charges shall apply for the first 30 pages or less.
