§ 34-326. Littering—Generally.

It shall be unlawful for any person while driving or a passenger in a vehicle to throw or deposit trash or rubbish of any kind upon any street, street right-of-way or other public place within the city, or upon private property. Any person who drops or permits to be dropped or thrown upon any street any trash, rubbish or injurious metal material shall immediately remove the litter or cause it to be removed.
