§ 66-37. Use of disposable containers for garbage and trash collection; exception.

Each owner, occupant, tenant and lessee of each dwelling designed for occupancy by either one or two families shall provide or cause to be provided for each dwelling unit or residence disposable refuse containers. Only disposable refuse containers may be used for the disposal and collection of garbage and trash, except in those cases where commercial containers are designated by the director of public works or designee for use in apartment, commercial and other areas.
