§ 86-276. Water service rates.

(a)

The monthly rates or charges for services furnished by the waterworks system of the city shall be in the schedule in appendix A of this Code.

(b)

For duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, apartment houses or any multifamily dwelling a minimum charge as established by the city and listed in appendix A of this Code will be charged for each unit regardless of whether it is located in a single-family residence, duplex, apartment house or combination thereof.
