§ 86-301. Due date of water and sewer service bills; service fee for late payment.

  • Consumers shall be billed for the water and sewer rates and charges once each month, at which time they shall become due and payable, and in case any user or customer shall not pay the rates and charges within 15 days of the billing date, the account will be considered as past due. Accounts not paid within 25 days of the billing date shall be charged a service fee of five percent of the total water and sewer bill.
