§ 90-69. Filing of insurance policy with city secretary.

The insurance policy required by the preceding section, with riders attached, shall be filed in the office of the city secretary and the coverage afforded by such policy shall be subject to approval by the city attorney, and if there is any question as to the solvency of the insurance company writing such insurance, then the coverage shall be written by a more financially stable company.
