§ 90-96. Transportation of intoxicating beverages prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to transport intoxicating beverages owned and in the exclusive possession and control of a fare paying passenger, in the taxicab, or for any taxicab driver to have on his person any intoxicating beverage while driving and operating a taxicab in service.
