§ 90-99. Transportation to prostitute's abode or person committing crime.

It shall be unlawful for any taxicab driver or owner to knowingly transport any passenger to the abode of a prostitute or knowingly to transport any criminal, narcotics peddler, prostitute, bootlegger or any other person in the commission of a crime or infraction of the law in any manner.
