In keeping with the Constitution of the State of Texas, and not contrary thereto,
the City of Farmers Branch, shall have the right to issue all tax bonds, revenue bonds,
funding and refunding bonds, time warrants and other evidences of indebtedness for
any public purpose, so long as not prohibited by the general laws of the State of
Texas, including, but not limited to, bonds or other evidences of indebtedness to
promote or finance economic development within the City.
